Solent Marine Events are based in Lymington, Hamsphire on the edge of The New Forest. Lymington is a beautiful Georgian town with numerous fine pubs, bars shops and restaurants. Lymington is recorded in the Doomsday book of 1086 as “Lentune”. From the Middle Ages to the early nineteenth century Lymington was famous for making salt. Saltworks comprised almost a continuous belt along the coast toward Hurst Spit.

Lymington is the ideal base for Solent Marine Events as our clients can easily commute by road, rail and air from London and the Home Counties. Lymington Marina has ample parking and a lively marina bar and bistro for corporate events briefings, pre-event breakfast, champagne receptions and afternoon Pimms receptions.
